Kimberly Fine Halloran graduated from the University of Southern California, School of Journalism with a BA in public relations. She then received her Master’s in Organizational Management while working for a Los Angeles-based PR firm. Deciding corporate politics was not a game she wanted to play, Kimberly ventured out on her own as an organizational management consultant, teaching efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace and designing workflow systems to help clients with productivity. She did this through her company Finding Time, Inc., established in 1992.

In 1996, Kimberly was hired by several MassMutual agents and brokers. As a result of her work and exposure to the insurance industry, Finding Time Inc. transitioned into Finding Time Inc., Lifetime Strategies & Insurance Services. “Creating a Life You Enjoy and Insuring It” became Kimberly’s tagline as she evolved from a business management consultant to an insurance broker. She has been helping clients plan for their future and prepare for the unexpected ever since – with Life, Health, Disability, Medicare, and Long-Term Care Insurance.
